Operating Room Registered Nurse

The position involves working as an Operating Room Registered Nurse. This role is for the day shift and includes scheduled shifts during weekdays. Additional responsibilities include handling weekend scheduled and call shifts as needed. The RN will participate in up to 6 shifts of call and/or weekend scheduled shifts during a 6-week schedule. Candidates should have experience in various surgical procedures. It is important for applicants to have experience with patient ratio and charge experience. The role supports a diverse patient population including adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. Preferred experience includes working in trauma centers. Interdisciplinary support teams are available. This position requires strong teamwork and communication skills. The work environment will involve a variety of surgical specialties, including general, orthopedic, and urology. All necessary certifications must be obtained and maintained.

Minimum of 2 years required. Epic charting experience. Oregon CNA license must be in hand upon submission, Oregon RN license is pending okay. BLS required, ACLS preferred.
