Scope of Responsibility: Conducts supervisory visits in the field with nurses when needed Oversees nursing documentation compliance for team Promotes employee satisfaction and takes necessary action to maintain a productive and motivated staff. Facilitates periodic learning events and conducts regularly scheduled meetings Identifies potential risk issues and contributing factors in all areas of patient care, safety and legal matters, including potential for adverse publicity. Investigates events where appropriate, determines the root causes of incidents and shares information with appropriate individuals within reasonable timeframes. Documents staff receipt of compliance information, such as “Code of Conduct”, attendance at mandatory training Integrates department services into the organization’s strategic mission by setting goals that align with the mission and monitoring progress toward goals Interested in hearing more?
