What you’ll do Provide direct nursing care to our residents Supervise and support the nursing assistants on your unit Prepare and administer medications as ordered Chart care and complete admissions, transfers, and discharges Take physician orders and make rounds as needed Provide IV care, wound care, tube feedings, and catheter care Keep your unit calm, safe, and running smoothly each shift What you need Active, unencumbered RN license in [State] Current CPR certification Long-term care experience preferred, but not required A dependable, team-first approach and genuine respect for residents Physical requirements Move throughout the building for most of the shift Push, pull, lift, or carry up to 25 pounds Assist with resident evacuation during an emergency Reasonable accommodations are available for qualified individuals with disabilities.
