As a key member of our crew, you will install our proprietary Vapor Armour™ membrane systems on cold storage facilities across the U.S. and Canada. Key ResponsibilitiesTravel to job sites according to company schedulesInstall Vapor Armour™ membranes in line with company protocolsMeasure, cut, and seal materials with precisionAssist team members and follow direction from the Lead InstallerInspect installations and identify issues or areas needing attentionMaintain a clean and safe jobsite, storing tools and equipment properlyAdhere strictly to all safety protocols and jobsite rulesQualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience in roofing or membrane installationProficient with low slope roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, PVC, BUR, etc.Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and fall protection systemsSkilled in hand and power tool useAbility to understand instructions, solve problems, and work independentlyPhysically capable of working on ladders, in confined spaces, and in varied weatherAble to travel for up to two weeks at a time, including weekendsMust possess or be able to obtain a valid REAL ID and passport for work-related travelHigh school diploma or GED preferredBenefitsBi-weekly pay with performance bonus opportunitiesMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k) Retirement Plan with 4% Safe Harbor matchPaid Time OffSix Paid HolidaysPaid Training & CertificationsTravel Per DiemUniforms and Safety Equipment ProvidedScheduleFull-TimeRotational field schedule (2-3 weeks on the road at a time)Travel required throughout the U.S. and CanadaLocationThis is a travel-based role; work is performed at client job sites nationwideMust be able and willing to travel for extended periodsEqual Employment OpportunityWe are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
