Now Hiring: Registered Nurse – Trauma ICU (TICU) Las Vegas, NVWe are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join a fast-paced Trauma ICU team within a Level I Trauma Center environment. This position is ideal for critical care nurses who thrive in high-acuity settings and are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care to critically ill and trauma patients.Position SummaryThe Trauma ICU RN provides specialized nursing care to acutely and critically ill patients requiring advanced monitoring, medication management, and life-sustaining therapies. This role requires strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary care team.QualificationsGraduate of an accredited school of nursingCurrent Nevada RN license (or ability to obtain)BLS & ACLS required upon hireTNCC & ABLS required within 12 months of hireMinimum 2 years of recent ICU RN experience (within the last 3 years) in a similar acute care facilityRecent Trauma ICU experience requiredLevel I Trauma Center experience strongly preferredCCRN and/or TNCC highly preferredKey ResponsibilitiesDeliver direct, individualized patient care in a high-acuity Trauma ICU settingMonitor and assess critically ill and trauma patientsAdminister medications and therapies per established protocolsPerform invasive nursing procedures within scope of practiceDevelop and implement patient-centered care plansCollaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary teamsMaintain accurate documentation and uphold patient safety standardsIdeal CandidateThe ideal candidate is calm under pressure, clinically confident, and experienced in managing critically injured patients in a complex ICU environment.
