Campus Marketing Manager

Supporting grassroots fundraising and marketing efforts, the contract-based Campus Marketing Development Manager will create and optimize digital and direct response campaigns for a portfolio of campus Hillels, working remotely or in a hybrid model. Key responsibilities Create, write, design, and distribute fundraising campaigns across various digital platforms Develop annual fundraising and marketing campaign calendars with key messaging and touchpoints Analyze campaign performance using data-driven strategies to optimize outreach and engagement Required qualifications 3-5 years of experience in marketing, digital advertising, and/or fundraising in the non-profit sector Proven success in planning and executing digital and multichannel campaigns Excellent writing and graphic design skills, with proficiency in tools like Canva and Adobe Suite Experience with data analysis, audience segmentation, and CRM/email marketing platforms Strong organizational skills and a client-service mindset for managing multiple projects
