Job Details:
- $0.73 - $0.74 per mile
- Live stop pay: $80 - $84 per stop
- Drop/hook pay: $45
- Trainee pay: $250 per day
- Safety training pay: $20 per hour
- Holiday pay: $300 per day
- Daily home time
