Job Description Job Description New Opening as of 1/29/2026 We are looking to hire a front-end receptionist for our chronic pain clinic. Responsibilities Greeting office visitors and managing patient intake. Answering and routing incoming calls. Scheduling patient appointments and managing providers' calendars. Updating patient records, including personal information and insurance and billing data. Work with other staff members to ensure accuracy Interact with patients when insurance matters need to be clarified Qualifications · Able to work independently and as a positive member of a team · Able to keep pace with the pressure of working in a medical clinic. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Excellent Computer literacy skills Company Description At LSPMC we take pride in providing excellent, compassionate, loving, caring, and non judgmental pain care services to our patients.
