Maintenance Manager

Judge Direct Placement

Our client is seeking a Maintenance Manager for their manufacturing facility in Southeast Georgia, just over an hour away from Savannah.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead maintenance processes to ensure on-time production and delivery
Participate in lean/continuous improvement projects
Lead, coach, and manage a team of 40 employees in a high volume manufacturing facility
Selects and trains employees to produce at standard-and-above efficiency
Coach, train and develop direct reports
Establish and implement preventive maintenance systems
Manage spare part Inventory processes
Collaborate with Engineering with new equipment installation

Qualifications & Requirements:

5+ years of Management experience in a high-volume food or beverage manufacturing environment
Solid PLC troubleshooting experience
Strong Project management experience
Excellent strategic and growth mindset! xhyhwjd
Proficient with Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
Some ammonia refrigeration knowledge is preferred
Excellent mechanical aptitude
