AE - Merchandise Leader (Part-Time)

Role Overview As the Merchandise Leader, you are the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand ensuring the store consistently meets AEO Brand Visual Standards. Your responsibilities include executing effective Floorsets, marketing and merchandising updates, and ensuring the store is always "guest ready" through replenishment. You bring passion for visual standards, detail orientation, and team collaboration, while representing company values and authenticity. Your Responsibilities Support the Merchandising Team Leader in delivering an outstanding guest experience by maintaining brand standards across all areas. Lead Floorset execution: train and coach the Floorset team, set clear productivity goals, and ensure all areas meet Floorset standards. Own day‑to‑day merchandising, sell‑through adjustments, and replenishment, identifying merchandising opportunities and collaborating with leadership to drive results. Maintain teamwork and communication among the merchandising team, ensuring clarity of standards, adjustments, and replenishment priorities. Prioritize guest experience, champion a culture of recognition, and celebrate team successes. Enforce store safety and shopfloor standards, reduce shrink, and adhere to all AEO policies and procedures. Requirements for Success Strong passion for AE and Aerie products. Excellent organization, attention to detail, and strong time‑management skills. Flexible availability, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends. Proven retail merchandising and visual skills with a history of retail work.
