Requirements

• Active RN License (pending license accepted per facility guidelines)
• Minimum 2 years of acute inpatient hospital case management experience within the last 5 years
• Experience in Medical-Surgical, Emergency Department, and/or Pediatrics
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Epic experience preferred
• Strong communication, care coordination, and discharge planning skills
