What We're Looking For:
- Active certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Previous experience working with children or adolescents in educational, clinical, or in-home settings
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working alongside teachers, support staff, and parents
- Ability to develop individual behavior intervention plans and make data-driven decisions
- Adaptability, patience, and dedication to student progress
What You’ll Do:
- Assess student behavioral needs and design evidence-based intervention plans
- Provide ongoing behavioral support and coaching to school staff
- Collect and analyze data to monitor students’ progress, adjusting interventions as needed
- Train and guide paraprofessionals and teachers in best practices
- Communicate regularly with families about student goals and achievements
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to ensure integrated support for each student
