Every day, you'll head out to customer locations ready to make a real difference by installing residential HVAC systems and ductwork that improve comfort, efficiency, and reliability. From reviewing project requirements and preparing work areas to completing precise installations and communicating with homeowners, you'll play a critical role in ensuring every job is completed with professionalism and craftsmanship. You'll use your technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail to deliver installations that meet the high standards DEAR Services is known for, while building trust with customers and contributing to the team's success.

THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone who meets these requirements:

• 3+ years of Residential HVAC Service Experience
• Knowledge of HVAC products and services
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to travel to customer locations as needed
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable with a variety of residential HVAC systems, hand tools, power tools, and trade knowledge
• Comfortable communicating with customers in all types of circumstances
• Must have a valid WA State driver's license and a good driving record
• Must provide own tools
• Must be comfortable working in crawl spaces, attics, and other confined spaces
