Acute Care RN Case Manager: Discharge & Coordination

Cynet HealthStaff seeks an RN Case Manager in Everett, WA for a 13-week assignment. Day shift, 8-hour shifts, with weekends on an every-other-weekend rotation. Requires WA RN license and BLS, plus acute care, discharge planning, and diverse case management experience across Med/Surg and ED. Expect care coordination across multiple hospital units and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
