Seeking an experienced RN – OR Circulator for a 13-week assignment working Day Shift | 5x8s | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM in an ambulatory surgery center setting. Candidates must have a minimum of 18 months recent OR experience, with scrub experience preferred. An active Ohio RN License or Compact RN License is required. AHA BLS and ACLS certifications are required and must be active at submission. This position requires strong perioperative nursing skills, the ability to work efficiently in a surgical environment, and excellent communication with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and interdisciplinary staff. No call and no weekends required. Orientation time is approximately 32–40 hours.

Requirements:

• Minimum 18 months recent OR experience required
• Ohio RN License or Compact RN License required
• AHA BLS Certification required
• AHA ACLS Certification required
• Scrub experience preferred
• Strong perioperative nursing and patient safety knowledge required
• One recent supervisory reference required at submission
• All certifications must be active with no pending status
• Must pass ECG rhythm recognition and SafeMedicate testing during orientation

Responsibilities include circulating surgical procedures, preparing and maintaining sterile operating room environments, assisting surgeons and anesthesia staff during procedures, monitoring patients throughout perioperative care, documenting surgical care accurately, ensuring compliance with infection prevention and patient safety standards, coordinating interdisciplinary surgical workflows, handling surgical equipment and supplies, supporting patient recovery processes, and delivering safe, high-quality care in a fast-paced ambulatory surgery environment.
