Product Manager

We are seeking a Product Manager to support the delivery and enhancement of customer-facing digital products within a fast-paced B2B eCommerce environment. This individual will work closely with UX Designers, Engineers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to translate customer and business needs into actionable requirements and deliver high-quality digital experiences. This is an execution-focused role centered on backlog management, requirements gathering, Agile delivery, and cross-functional collaboration rather than long-term product strategy or roadmap ownership. Responsibilities Partner closely with UX Designers to define and refine customer experiences. Translate business requirements, user research findings, and design concepts into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria. Manage and prioritize product backlogs using Jira. Create and maintain product documentation within Confluence. Collaborate with engineering teams through sprint planning, development, testing, and release cycles. Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and stakeholder discussions. Ensure product requirements clearly align with user experience goals and business objectives. Participate in usability testing, user feedback reviews, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Monitor delivery progress, identify blockers, and help drive feature completion. Coordinate efforts across Product, UX, Engineering, QA, Operations, and business teams. Utilize customer feedback, analytics, and testing insights to continuously improve digital experiences. Leverage AI-powered tools and rapid prototyping technologies to accelerate validation, collaboration, and product delivery. Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or Digital Product roles. Experience supporting B2B eCommerce platforms and digital customer experiences. Strong partnership experience with UX, Product Design, or User Research teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience within automotive, distribution, supply chain, or wholesale industries. Experience with AI-powered productivity and prototyping tools such as v0, ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, or similar platforms. Experience supporting customer portals, ordering platforms, commerce applications, or digital transaction systems.
