About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff for its Investments Infrastructure Services team. This critical role involves supporting the team in strategic initiatives, overseeing administrative processes, and facilitating communication across the organization. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, a collaborative and trustworthy team member, and will have strong organizational skills. Responsibilities include managing the budget for the entire IIS team, overseeing headcount management, and managing a variety of projects. The Chief of Staff will also be involved in planning team events and overseeing training initiatives for the department. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position should have a bachelor’s degree (preferred), at least 2 years' of professional experience, with a preference for those with a background in a similar role within the finance industry. Strong skills in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools are required, with additional skills in PowerBI, Python, and SQL being beneficial. The role demands a candidate who is adept at working collaboratively across various teams and is capable of handling both technically focused and organizationally focused work. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and dynamic individual, ready to take on the challenge of empowering their career in a global investment management firm.
