What You'll Do:

• Perform waived laboratory tests across chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, molecular, and coagulation areas in a remote/mobile setting
• Receive specimens from phlebotomists and couriers, ensuring specimen integrity
• Operate delivery van for STAT testing in high-volume areas when necessary
• Enter patient demographics and test orders into lab information systems accurately
• Monitor quality control and instrument conditions, troubleshooting as needed
• Collect blood samples via venipuncture and capillary methods
• Confirm abnormal test results and notify supervisors of any rare or improbable outcomes
• Maintain documentation and logs for specimen records, lot numbers, and QC records
• Follow all safety and safety protocols, handling biological hazards and hazardous substances appropriately
• Assist with inventory management and perform maintenance on lab automation equipment

What You Need:

• Valid laboratory technologist license/certification
• Prior experience in a clinical laboratory setting preferred
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and perform repetitive tasks with dexterity
• Ability to work in environments with biological hazards

• Experience with automated instrumentation and point-of-care testing
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
