Salary : $65,000 to $80,000 per year Job Description : Our client is a luxury residential architecture firm in NYC seeking a Junior Architect / Designer to join their design team. The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of experience on NYC high-rise residential and mixed-use projects, with strong concept design and visualization skills. This is a creative, hands-on role supporting Partners and senior staff on high-profile projects. The requirements of the role are :

- Degree in Architecture from an accredited program
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Revit , AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino and/or 3D Studio Max
- Strong design sensibility and conceptual thinking
- Experience with NYC high-rise residential projects
- Strong rendering, presentation, and communication skills
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
