Avionics Hardware Architect & Lead Mentor
Iowa State University Research Park
Iowa State University Research Park is seeking an experienced hardware engineer to design and analyze Circuit Card Assemblies for avionics computers and to oversee the complete hardware development lifecycle.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product requirements are met and mentor junior engineers, applying strong troubleshooting and communication skills across the program.
