Customer Service - Exit Booth Agent - Dayton Airport

Overview Enterprise Mobility is the largest privately owned automotive rental and leasing company in North America, operating the Enterprise Rent‑Ac, National Car Rental and Alamo brands. For the National/Alamo brand, we are hiring an Exit Booth Agent to provide friendly, efficient service during all aspects of the rental car process. The position starts at $15 per hour and is located at Dayton International Airport (DAY), 3350 Valet Dr., Vandalia, OH 45377. Responsibilities Prepare all rental documents accurately and completely Verify vehicle information and VIN number for security and control Offer refueling options to Emerald Aisle members Maintain the appearance of the Exit Booth and surrounding areas Ensure the Exit Booth is stocked with appropriate supplies Provide customers with undivided attention while assisting them at the exit booth Make eye contact and greet all customers Thank customers at the conclusion of transactions Assist customers with directions, maps, local area information, and service information; resolve customer service issues efficiently Perform other customer service related duties as assigned Seek to improve job performance through self‑assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality Qualifications At least 18 years old High School Diploma or G.E.D. required Minimum of 1 year prior customer service retail or administrative support experience Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations or at‑fault accidents in the past 3 years No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years (DUI/DWI) Authorized to work in the United States; no requirement for work authorization sponsorship now or in the future Schedule Monday: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm Tuesday: OFF Wednesday: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm Thursday: OFF Friday: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm Saturday: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm Sunday: OFF Benefits Paid time off Employee discount Retirement savings plan Extended health benefits (medical, prescription drug, dental, vision) Life insurance Training and development Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans #J-18808-Ljbffr
