Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school-based team supporting students from Pre-K through 12th grade . The SLP will work with students to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders while collaborating with educators and families to support student development and academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments for students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct therapy services for students with speech and language disorders.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and IEP-related paperwork.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student educational planning.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Experience working in a school-based setting is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Additional Details:

• School-based role supporting PreK-12 students .
• Approximate caseload of 30 students .
• 4-day school week (Monday - Thursday) schedule.
• Academic year schedule with start in August and end in early June .
