Sigma Health Rehab is excited to offer a per diem Physical Therapy (PT) position to join our team of skilled therapists in a Skilled Nursing Facility.

Duties of an exceptional therapist include:
- Evaluate residents conditions & develop appropriate physical rehabilitation plans
- Relieve resident's pain using exercises, hands-on therapy & stretching
- Help residents through their tasks and monitor their performance
- Supervise the activities of physical therapy assistants
- Maintain resident confidence & protects facility by keeping information confidential
- Complies with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements
- Maintains a cooperative relationship among healthcare team members & contributes to team effort
PT Requirements Include:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Current New York State PT License
