Registered Nurse (RN) OR Circulator - PRN Compensation $25.74-$42.03/hr depending on prior experience. Job Summary Assessment/reassessment: Systematically assess/reassess health care needs of individuals. Nursing Diagnosis and Outcomes: Analyze assessment to determine nursing diagnosis and expected outcomes. Implementation and Coordination of Care: Provide nursing care through interventions guided by current standards. Evaluation and Discharge: Evaluate patient outcomes using critical thinking and evidence‑based knowledge. Professional Practice: Maintain professional relationships with physicians to facilitate excellent patient care. Assists in maintenance of logs (patient/medication fridge, crash cart). Qualifications Education Diploma or Associate’s degree (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred. Experience Previous experience in healthcare field preferred. Licensure/Certification Current Oklahoma Registered Nurse license. Basic Life Support (BLS) training required during orientation prior to patient care, and maintained through re‑training for duration of employment. Additional Qualifications IV insertion skills required. Other Knowledge / Skills / Abilities New grads required to complete Norman Regional's Nurse Residency Program.
