The Role As the Assistant General Manager, you will partner with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, drive profitability, and maintain our high standards of food quality and service. You will be a hands‑on leader, mentoring our team and ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless dining experience. Key Responsibilities Manage floor operations during peak hours to ensure speed of service and food accuracy. Assist in hiring, training, and developing a diverse team of hospitality professionals. Monitor food safety protocols and maintain a pristine kitchen and dining environment. Analyze financial performance, including labor costs and inventory management. Foster a positive, high‑energy culture that reflects our commitment to wellness and quality. What You Bring 3+ years of management experience in a fast‑casual or high‑volume restaurant environment. Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to coach and motivate others. A "guest-first" mentality and a proactive approach to problem‑solving. Experience with P&L management, scheduling, and inventory systems. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends.
