Required Qualifications

Registered Nurse, LD Experience: 2 years Licenses: RN-CA(Copy needed) Certifications: BLS(Copy needed)

ACLS(Copy needed)

NRP(Copy needed)

CERT-Adv. FHM(Copy needed) SSN Required DOB Required References: 1 Reference in the last 12 months Experience from a large teaching hospital or level 1 trauma center EPIC Charting Experience Current LD SCL and Reference 60 mile radius rule
