- Participate in the collaborative leadership of the doctor and assistant teams - Be goal-oriented, with attention to detail and initiative to work for the greater good of the team - Perform general dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, crowns and anterior root canals (posterior is a bonus!) - Conduct routine dental examinations and provide preventive care - Develop treatment plans and confidently discuss them with patients - Administer anesthetics to patients to minimize pain during procedures - Educate patients on oral hygiene and proper dental care techniques As mentioned above, it is vital our core values resonate with your own: Be Generous to Those Around You, Have a Grateful Heart, Work for the Greater Good, Choose Joy, Bring Positive Energy, and Excellence in Small Things!
