Location: Southern Pines, NC

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday

Type: Direct Hire | Permanent Placement

Join a respected Pediatric Outpatient Clinic in Southern Pines known for delivering high-quality rehab services and fostering a collaborative therapy department. You'll have the tools and support you need to succeed-whether you're a new grad or seasoned OT.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans
• Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve function and independence
• Document progress and adjust plans as needed
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy goals
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team
• Provide supervision and guidance to COTAs

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current NC license (or eligibility)
• Passionate about improving patient quality of life
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
