CNC Router Operator

Cnc Router OperatorWe are seeking a skilled and dependable CNC Router Operator to join our growing team at a high-end fencing company. This position is responsible for operating CNC routing equipment to produce precision fence components while assisting with various manufacturing and shop-related tasks as needed.The ideal candidate will have CNC machine experience, strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a team-first attitude. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced production environment where quality and craftsmanship are top priorities.Responsibilities:Set up, operate, and monitor CNC router machines used in vinyl fence productionRead and interpret work orders, measurements, and production specificationsInspect finished products to ensure quality standards are metPerform machine adjustments and basic troubleshooting as neededAssist with routine machine maintenance and upkeepSupport production, assembly, and warehouse operations when neededUse measuring tools and maintain accurate production recordsFollow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work areaCollaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlinesQualifications:Previous CNC Router Operator or CNC Machine Operator experience preferredStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsAbility to read tape measures and work with precise measurementsExperience in manufacturing, fabrication, woodworking, plastics, or similar industries is a plusComfortable working with power tools and production equipmentAbility to lift and move materials as requiredStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipReliable attendance and strong work ethicTeam player willing to assist in multiple areas of the operationWhat We Offer:Competitive pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour, based on experienceFirst shift scheduleStable, full-time employmentOpportunity to grow with a premier fencing manufacturerPositive team-oriented work environmentIf you have CNC experience, enjoy hands-on work, and are looking for a long-term opportunity with a growing company that values quality and craftsmanship, we'd love to hear from you!
