Position Overview

Global Water Technology (GWT) is seeking a motivated and outgoing individual to join our Sales & Marketing team. This entry-level position is ideal for recent college graduates looking to start a career in sales, business development, or client relations. No previous sales experience is required. Training and mentorship are provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate new business opportunities.
• Research potential clients, identify decision-makers, and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Build relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Follow up with clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and support customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support business growth and client retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience preferred; recent graduates encouraged to apply.
• No prior sales experience required; customer service, retail, or internship experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with new people.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn CRM software.
