Job Description Full‑Time Technician. American Restoration is looking to hire mitigation and remediation technicians for our water damage restoration company. The role: Respond immediately to stabilize properties, mitigate damages, and perform water damage restoration tasks as first responders. Responsibilities Respond to water damage incidents 24/7, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Stabilize properties and mitigate water damage. Perform restoration tasks and follow company protocols. Participate in on‑call rotation. Qualifications Experience in carpet cleaning or water restoration helpful but not required. Good driving record. Background check required. Willing to work occasional long hours. Driver’s License (Required). Experience Carpet cleaning: 1 year (Preferred). Water damage restoration: 1 year (Preferred). License/Certification Driver’s License (Required).
