Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Integration & Security Architecture Engineer with strong expertise in Operational Technology (OT), industrial/plant networks, physical security systems, and security architecture .

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and integrating Physical Access Control Systems (PACS) within industrial and plant environments. This role requires a strong understanding of OT network architecture, network segmentation, industrial firewalls, physical security devices, API integrations, identity systems, cloud/hybrid architectures, and cybersecurity controls .

Important: This is an OT / Plant Network-focused position and NOT an IT Operations role. Candidates must demonstrate direct experience working with industrial/plant networks and Operational Technology environments .

Key Responsibilities

Design and architect integrations between physical security systems, enterprise applications, identity platforms, and OT/plant environments.

Develop and support API-based integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, event streaming, and OAuth 2.0.

Integrate PACS event feeds using platforms such as LenelS2 OnGuard OpenAccess, Genetec SDK, and C CURE APIs .

Integrate physical access control systems with HR and identity platforms , including Workday, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID.

Design automated employee onboarding, offboarding, access provisioning, and deprovisioning workflows.

Required Skills

Strong OT / plant network experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.

Hands-on experience with PACS platforms such as Genetec, LenelS2 OnGuard, C CURE, or Pro-Watch.

Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, event streaming, and OAuth 2.0 .

PACS integration with Workday, Active Directory/Entra ID , and HR systems.

Badge event integration with SAP, UKG, ADP, T&A, or ERP systems .

Strong knowledge of OT network segmentation, industrial firewalls, VLANs, and PoE .

Experience with SaaS/hybrid architecture, failover, data synchronization, and recovery .

Physical security cybersecurity hardening including certificates, encryption, patching, and tamper protection .

Knowledge of GDPR, data residency, ISO 27001/27002, and ISO 22340 .

Scripting experience with Python and/or PowerShell .

Strong vendor evaluation, RFI/RFP, and POC experience.
