Configuration Management Coordinator II

Job Title Configuration Management Coordinator II Location Buffalo, NY Schedule Onsite – Buffalo, NY Reporting To Manager Sr., SDG Engineering Responsibilities Creation and review of technical documents: develop concise and comprehensive data items such as parts/materials lists, qualification reports, test procedures, presentations, proposals, compliance matrices and internal documentation including standard work documents, assembly and test work instructions, specifications. Ensure document marking compliance with contractual, export, Moog Intellectual Property and Government Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) requirements. Collect, trend, graph and present data, including creation of figures with photos and CAD graphics. Promote consistency and efficient document generation by providing feedback and training to collaborators. Coordinate Engineering/Document Change Requests: create and manage drawing/ document change and release requests in Team Center, track status of engineering change orders, troubleshoot process issues. Create and maintain SharePoint pages and document repositories, digitize heritage design files. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role in manufacturing, engineering or quality documentation. Quality conscious attitude and basic mechanical aptitude. Ability to read engineering drawings, sketches and wiring schematics. Proficiency in SharePoint and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or Associate’s degree in a technical field with 2+ years experience. Ability to create figures from engineering models in NX, SolidWorks or Cadra. Experience with Teamcenter, CRDM, iWIN and/or Subversion software. Experience working with CUI or export‑controlled information. Required Information Handling This position requires access to U.S. export‑controlled information.
