Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Banquet and Sales Manager to join our team.  Your responsibilities will include creating employee schedules, planning menus, managing and serving during events. A successful Banquet and Sales Manager must provide excellent customer service and have strong organizational abilities. Ultimately, your goal is to ensure successful events and happy customers in order to grow our business. 

Responsibilities: 

• Interview customers to determine event details
• Plan event menus while keeping the client’s requirements in mind
• Determine ingredients and amounts and create shopping lists
• Schedule employees
• Hire, train, and manage kitchen and wait staff
• Oversee the preparation of meals to be served
• Maintain a high level of customer service

Qualifications : 

• Previous experience as a manager in hospitality or food service
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience creating menus for large groups
• Ability to work all shifts as needed
• Education in Hospitality or culinary arts is preferred but not required
