Senior Manager, Media Finance

Agency:PHdJob Function:MediaJob Subfunction: Media OperationsJob Description:Responsibilities - Manage client finance efforts for multiple clients, working internally across business units and externally with clients- Take ownership of the client finance workflow, including budget management, billing, reporting, and accounts receivable management- Plan and coordinate client finance deliverables across business units to ensure timeliness and quality- Function as the primary liaison between the agency Budget Management Group, agency business units, and clients for all client finance matters- Communicate effectively and responsibly within agency network and externally to clients - Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients and agency business units alike- Attend periodic client and departmental meetings as needed Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, preferably Accounting or Finance- 4-6 years related work experience; marketing/advertising industry experience a plus - Prior client management experience required- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast paced, client service environment- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines for multiple stakeholders - Intellectual curiosity and excellent problem-solving skills- Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Proactive and detail oriented- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel- Ability to quickly learn multiple software applications- The ideal candidate will possess client management experience, strong interpersonal skills, and strong technical skills $50,000 - $95,000  Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
