Location: New Ulm, Minnesota

Pay: $26.00 per hour

Hours: 40 hours per week, some weekends as needed, on-call

You will need to clear a thorough background check.

In this position, you will be responsible for refurbishing apartments prior to resident occupancy, providing maintenance services to include general repairs of equipment, painting, carpentry, property caretaking and limited extermination services. This includes lawn mowing, shoveling, and common area cleaning. Boilers license preferred but not required.

We are ideally looking for someone with a positive attitude and strong work ethic who has 1 to 3 years of maintenance experience. You must be able to effectively communicate in English and have basic computer skills. You must have reliable transportation. You will need to provide and use your own basic tools.
