II STANLEY JOB OPPORTUNITY PROGRAM POSITION: INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN Shift 2nd, Monday - Friday 2:30PM - 11:00PM Reports to Randy Bishop Responsibilities and Job Duties: Utilize solvents, and high-pressure water blasters for industrial cleaning. Perform manual scraping and chipping to clean surfaces such as walls, hoses, windows, grates, lights, robots, etc. Execute minor maintenance as needed. Vacuum and wipes the interior and exterior of equipment. Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming, and shoveling. Perform other specialized paint booth cleaning tasks as required. Perform lock out/tag out of equipment for safe entry into energized areas of the paint shop. Perform safe entry into confined space areas needing to be cleaned. Perform general janitorial duties including office and restroom cleaning. Requirements and Qualifications High school Diploma/GED Stand, kneel, and bend for long periods of time and reach within 6\" of the ground for extended periods of time. Climb ladders and stairs without difficulty. Lift, carry and pull equipment weighing up to 75lbs. with assistance. Ability to pass a background check.
