This role serves as a talent partner to design, merchandising and creative leaders, driving full-cycle recruiting efforts while building diverse, high-quality talent pipelines in competitive talent markets. The ideal candidate brings deep experience recruiting creative and product talent, strong sourcing expertise and a passion for design and innovation.Let’s break down that day-in-the-life a bit more.Manage a full requisition workload across brands from individual contributor through Director-level positions utilizing VF’s talent selection processCreate and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HRBPs and functional leadersServe as a subject matter expert for Product Creation talent, developing deep knowledge of the market, competitors and talent landscapePartner closely with Product Design, Merchandising and Creative leaders to understand talent needs and market dynamicsEvaluate candidate portfolios and collaborate with design leadership to calibrate creative excellence across varying levels of seniority and design disciplinesDeliver exceptional candidate experience through all stages of the hiring processUtilize analytical and strategic thinking to identify opportunities for recruiting process improvements and recommend innovative solutionsMaintain accurate candidate records and compliance through Workday and established recruiting processesWhat do you need to succeed?We all have unique skills that we bring to work and celebrate every day.
