What You’ll Be Doing As General Manager, you’ll be at the helm of our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Overseeing daily business operations and ensuring high standards of performance. Leading and motivating the team to achieve goals and maintain a positive work environment. Communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment. Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance productivity. Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for excellence. Scheduling your team. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone who brings the following to the table: 1 year of experience in a managerial or leadership role. Strong communication skills to foster collaboration and guide the team effectively. A team‑oriented mindset with the ability to lead by example. A proactive attitude and a problem‑solving approach to challenges. Barista experience preferred but not required. Drive‑thru experience preferred but not required.
