Position Title Temporary Clerk

FLSA Non-Exempt

Primary Responsibilities

Position Duties:

• Complete enrollment and degree verifications

• Process duplicate diploma requests

• Process apostille requests (incudes brief trip to the Count Clerk’s Office)

• Print official transcripts for the Center for International and Intercultural Studies

• Print and send unofficial transcripts

• Prepare and process academic petitions

• Process student and faculty ticket requests, primarily add/drop tickets

• Scan and link documents to student records

• Research hard card records in our Vilas vault

• Monitor the Registrar’s Office email

• Primary contact on office phones

Schedule: Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:30 – 4:30pm, 15-20 hours per week

Duration: Fall 2026 semester (August – December)

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to use technology is a must (we will train the applicant in our student information systems).

• Familiarity with Excel is very helpful.

Preferred Qualifications

Salary $19.00/hr.
