Pharmacists are involved in all aspects of patient care and have access to patient charts, labs, medications, and diagnoses. With the ability to prescribe or modify care plans via collaborative agreements, our goal is to ensure patients receive the best and most complete, cost-effective medications and care possible. Aside from traditional outpatient dispensing, pharmacists provide clinical support to medical providers via chronic refill authorization, therapeutic interchanges, and prior authorization completions.
