We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Solar Sales Representative to join our team! In this role, you'll play a vital part in connecting residential and small business customers with the benefits of local community solar farms. Responsibilities Engage with residential and small businesses across the MA territory Explain the financial & environmental benefits of community and rooftop solar Meet and exceed sales targets by converting prospects into subscribers Requirements Previous sales experience preferred (energy sector a plus, but not required) Self-motivated, able to work independently and manage time effectively Comfortable learning and explaining technical concepts High school diploma We Offer $65,500.00 - $120,000.00 per year W2 role - Minimum Draw during training + uncapped commissions!
