This role primarily supports the Construction Global Practice, collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers across estimating, procurement, construction management, and project controls. This is a full life cycle recruiting role supporting a rapidly growing Construction Group, with primary focus areas including Project Management, Procurement, and Safety. The position is based in Kansas City, MO, with some work-from-home flexibility available, and requires an ASAP start. The ideal candidate will have a stable work history and demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume recruiting workload, managing approximately 30–60 requisitions at a time, with a target of approximately 30 fills per year.Key ResponsibilitiesDeveloping and executing sourcing strategies to identify the top talent for current and future needs.Conduct initial screening of potential candidates to evaluate and assess their interest level, qualifications, geographic preference, salary expectations, etc.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific position requirements, job responsibilities, and how they relate to business goals.Recommend qualified candidates to hiring managers.Sell the client culture and benefits to engage and recruit top talent to the organization.Understand, follow and ensure compliance with all established policies, processes and procedures.Maintains confidentiality of personal, confidential and proprietary information.Performs other duties as assigned.Complies with all policies and standards.Heavy interaction with both hiring managers and candidates.Generate and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through LinkedIn, cold calling, AI-enabled recruiting and other available resources.Required SkillsAdvanced Boolean search expertise; understanding of the Boolean search language and how those search principles apply to both Internet and database searches.Strong LinkedIn sourcing and passive candidate outreach experience.Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Internet-based sourcing tools.Comfortable leveraging AI tools within the recruiting process.Strong people and relationship-building skills; must demonstrate ability to build strong relationships and provide excellent customer service.Ability to manage a high-volume recruiting workload (approximately 30–60 requisitions at a time).Strong analytical, problem solving and research skills.Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.Candidate sourcing capability — significant emphasis on passive candidate recruitment, LinkedIn outreach, and candidate screening.Preferred SkillsPrevious experience recruiting or sourcing for technical positions, particularly in the field of engineering or construction, within a high-volume recruiting environment.Experience developing, extending and negotiating employment offers.Strong knowledge of construction roles, terminology, project delivery methods and industry talent markets.Proven ability to develop targeted sourcing strategies and build diverse pipelines for specialized and hard-to-fill positions.Experience recruiting within engineering, industrial, construction, or other Construction/Design/Build-adjacent environments (e.g., Kiewit or similar).Education RequirementsBachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field required.
