Emergency Behavioral Health Case Manager - Care & Coordination

Yukon-Kuskokwim Health Corporation in Bethel, Alaska seeks a dedicated case manager for Emergency Services and Behavioral Health. You will coordinate travel, meals, and lodging for patients and escorts, perform substance abuse screenings, and provide ongoing case management and follow‑up to ensure linkage to appropriate care.
