Catering Coordinator Chick-fil-A The Pyramids | 3360 West 86th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46268 Position Overview Are you outgoing, organized, and passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences? Our Chick-fil-A team is looking for a Catering Coordinator to help grow and manage our catering business while building strong relationships with guests, businesses, schools, churches, community organizations, and local events. The Catering Coordinator will play an important role in making every catering experience Remarkable — from the first customer interaction to successful order delivery and follow-up. What You’ll Do Promote Chick-fil-A catering within the local community Build and maintain relationships with businesses, schools, churches, offices, and community organizations Respond to catering inquiries and assist guests with placing orders Follow up with catering leads and previous customers to encourage repeat business Help develop creative ideas to increase catering sales Coordinate catering orders with the restaurant team to ensure accuracy and quality Assist with catering deliveries and special events when needed Create and distribute catering marketing materials Identify opportunities for catering partnerships and recurring business Provide exceptional hospitality and represent the Chick-fil-A brand professionally Track catering sales, leads, customer contacts, and follow-up activities Help ensure every catering customer feels valued and appreciated What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate is: Friendly, energetic, and comfortable talking with new people Organized and able to manage multiple catering orders and deadlines A strong communicator with excellent customer-service skills Comfortable making phone calls, sending emails, and conducting follow-ups Self-motivated and able to work independently Professional and dependable Creative and willing to think outside the box Comfortable networking within the local community Able to work effectively with a restaurant team Passionate about serving others and creating positive guest experiences Preferred Qualifications Previous customer service, sales, catering, hospitality, or restaurant experience Experience with community outreach or business-to-business relationship building Basic computer and organizational skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, if catering deliveries or community visits are part of the role Working at a Chick-fil-A® restaurant is more than a job – it’s an opportunity for teamwork and leadership development in a positive, people-focused environment.
