Physical Therapist Schedule: PRN Peak Rehabilitation Hospital, a 52-bed acute rehabilitation facility, provides high-quality inpatient rehabilitation services. How You'll Contribute Conduct physical therapy assessments and develop treatment plans. Provide direct patient care to restore strength, mobility, and function. Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs. Document treatment sessions and patient outcomes accurately. Collaborate with rehab teams and participate in discharge planning. Perform other duties as assigned. What We're Looking For Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program. Physical Therapist License in state. Basic Life Support (BLS) obtained within 30 days of hire. Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
