All we’re missing is you!Position OverviewForcepoint seeks a curious, detail-oriented, and technically proficient Legal Operations Analyst to join our Legal Department. This is a hybrid, strategic role that bridges legal and compliance functions and workstreams with modern automation and AI governance. The successful candidate will support global legal and compliance initiatives throughout the company to streamline and enhance operational efficiency and regulatory adherence.Primary ResponsibilitiesLegal Operational Process and Program Automation, Implementation, and AdministrationLeverage available technologies, including Claude, Harvey, and Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint, to help implement, administer, and optimize legal operational programs and automated workflows that enhance governance processes, improve efficiency, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., trade, data protection, and AI governance)Support the integration and management of automated and AI-assisted tools, systems, and processes to enhance internal legal operationsGeneral Legal Team SupportCollaborate with internal business teams, including IT, Information Security, Procurement, and Revenue Operations to identify opportunities for enhanced legal supportManage and partner in the evolution of legal and compliance policies, procedures, and training materialsSupport legal and business teams with compliance related questionnaires, regulatory inquiries, and commercial contractsQualifications & ExperienceRequired Qualifications:Familiarity with process automation, workflow design, or business process improvementStrong technical, analytical, written, and communication skillsFamiliarity with MS 365 (including SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power Apps) and generative AI capabilities (including Claude and Harvey)Preferred Qualifications:Familiarity with existing and emerging regulatory frameworks and regulations, including data protection and AI governanceExperience with Salesforce, data management systems, and other compliance toolsFamiliarity with common commercial contracts, including NDAs, SOWs, and Order FormsCore CompetenciesTechnical acumen: Ability to learn and work with automation tools and data systemsProcess improvement experience: Mindset for identifying inefficiencies and designing automated, scalable compliance solutionsAttention to detail: Meticulous in documentation, record-keeping, and compliance verificationCollaboration: Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and build consensusCommunication: Clear articulation of complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiencesAbility to work in a hybrid/remote environment with occasional in-office requirementsWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and comprehensive benefits packageHybrid work environment with flexibility; Fully remote possible depending on candidateProfessional development and training opportunitiesOpportunity to shape emerging compliance areas and drive automation initiativesCollaborative environment with legal, business, and technical teamsDon’t meet every single qualification?
