Registered Nurse - Float Pool - Med-Surg

Seeking a Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) to provide Med-Surg care across multiple medical centers. As part of the Local Resource Team , you'll support various clinical settings, especially during staffing needs, gaining diverse experience. Key Responsibilities Include Providing high-quality patient care and support across different departments. Supporting staffing flexibility and coverage at multiple locations. Adhering to licensure, certification, and departmental training requirements. Interpreting patient needs and modifying care according to age-specific requirements. Qualifications And Skills Associate Degree (required); Bachelor's Degree or BSN (preferred). Minimum of 2 years experience in Med-Surg, Tele, Critical Care, ED, or Women's health. Current compact license in appropriate state. Knowledge of customer service, communication, conflict resolution, critical thinking, and computer literacy.
