The Digital SAP Manager - OTC will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP solutions as part of our Digital Transformation journey. This role will be responsible for aligning SAP capabilities with business goals in order management, pricing, shipping, and customer service, while collaborating closely with Sales, Supply Chain, and Production teams. The manager will collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, IT, and external partners to deliver scalable, integrated solutions aligned with enterprise digital strategy. Come be a part of an exciting journey at Daikin Applied, where innovation and excellence drive everything we do.Location: Plymouth, MN – Hybrid or RemoteWhat you will do:SAP S&D Leadership:Lead the SAP Sales and Distribution module strategy, configuration, and support across global manufacturing sitesEnsure seamless integration with SAP modules such as MM, PP, FI/CO, and CRMDrive continuous improvement and innovation in order-to-cash (OTC) processesProject & Change Management:Manage SAP-related projects including rollouts, upgrades, and enhancementsCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutionsOversee change management, training, and adoption across business unitsOperational Excellence:Optimize sales order processing, pricing strategies, delivery scheduling, and billing processesSupport EDI integrations with customers and logistics partnersEnsure system reliability and performance for high-volume transaction environmentsTeam & Vendor Management:Lead a team of SAP analysts and developers; manage external consultants and vendorsProvide mentorship and career development for team membersGovernance & Compliance:Ensure SAP Sales & Distribution processes comply with internal controls, audit requirements, and industry regulationsMaintain documentation and support internal/external auditsMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field6-8 years of SAP experience, with at least 3 years in leading SAP OTC Modules (MM, PP, FI/CO, and CRM)2-4 years of leadership experienceProven track record of leading SAP projects and managing cross-functional teamsStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to lead cross‑functional digital transformation initiativesExperience with SAP S/4HANA RISE implementationExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsWork visa sponsorship is not available for this positionPreferred Skills:10+ years of SAP experience, with at least 3 years in leading SAP OTC Modules (MM, PP, FI/CO, and CRM)SAP CertificationKnowledge of SAP Sales and Distribution modulesExperience working in multi plant, multi country SAP landscapesFamiliarity with Agile or hybrid project management methodologiesAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentDaikin Applied offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements:Multiple medical insurance plan options + dental and vision insurance401K retirement plan with employer contributions matching 100% of the first 3% of employee contributions and 50% on the next 2% of employee contributionsCompany provided life insurance + optional employee paid voluntary life insurance, dependent life coverage and voluntary accident coverageShort term and long-term disability3 weeks of paid time off for new employees + 11 company paid holidaysVacation accrues on a monthly basis, unless applicable federal, state and local law requires a faster accrualPaid sick time in accordance of the federal, state and local lawPaid parental leave and tuition reimbursement after 6 months of continuous serviceThe typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $100,800 - $171,700 (+ 15% bonus) in Minnesota.
