Account Director Association

Acting as the global account lead, the full-time salaried Account Director, Association will manage 50-70 of Marriott's most profitable Association accounts, driving strategies to enhance loyalty and profitability while coordinating resources across teams in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to drive revenue growth and market share Manage relationships with key stakeholders within assigned accounts and act as the customer advocate Track account performance metrics and implement recovery strategies for underperforming accounts Required qualifications 4-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field 5+ years of relevant professional experience in hotel or travel industry sales Experience working with national association customers is preferred Proven account management experience is preferred
